Place de Concorde

This is where our walking tour ended. This is the biggest square in Paris and has a giant Ferris wheel, an Ancient Egyptian obelisk and a fountain.

Ferris wheel by day and lit up at night time.

Egyptian obelisk day and night. There are a set of assembly instructions on the base of the obelisk. They look quite easy to understand so obviously the Parisians didn't purchase the obelisk from IKEA.

Picture of the fountain in the square. It would have looked nicer if they had actually turned the water on.
